Just as we share good energy and light, we are happy to share our space. You can organise the event or gathering of your dreams with us, and for this purpose we offer a space created with special soul in every detail, with a separate private section on the second floor. If this appeals to you, you are welcome to get in touch so we can design and organise everything to suit you.

With us, you have the option to use the entire café space, including the outdoor area, which can comfortably accommodate up to around 30 people. This way, it is possible to divide the space so that there is a meeting downstairs and a photo corner or workshop upstairs.

However, it is also possible to rent just the upstairs, where you can plan your own activities in two cosy rooms (for up to 20 people), or just the private room at the back of the upstairs (for up to 12 people). When our space invites you in, it usually creates something very special – so don’t be afraid to share your thoughts. We have the option to organise everything to your full satisfaction, or to involve as many as you want. Don’t forget that there is always something a little bit invisibly magical about the Sonnes – all wishes come true.

We have already carried out and we dare to recommend for the next events, but anything is possible:

✓ Celebrating a Valentine’s Day, Christmas or other special occasion;

✓ s pend leisure time with the team;

✓ for meetings;

✓ o rganise workshops and lectures;

✓ for ceremonies (cocoa, tea, singing circles);

✓ product presentations or record or book presentations (product launches, poetry evenings, etc.).

We can offer you in addition:

decorations, gift wrapping, cake, snacks, drinks, birthday partyactivities for children and adults (e.g. workshops, therapeutic activities), your favourite character in costume, animal therapy, performers, coffee breaks, music, catering or anything else you like.

To confirm the booking, a partial deposit of €50(EUR) is required, which will be applied once the booking has been paid by bank transfer or on the spot in cash or by card. By paying the booking fee, the payer accepts the rules of the room.

Additional services must be paid in advance 7 days before the event.

Advance payment for catering 7 days before the event.

The rest of the package is payable on the spot in cash, by bank card or by invoice at a later date, subject to a letter of guarantee. The amount paid to confirm the booking will be deducted from the final amount when paying for services and products.

Prepayments are non-refundable.

Cancellation at least 7 days before the event.

Sonne Café reserves the right to make changes to the price list.

Pets are welcome. You can let us know in advance so that we know how best to accommodate you.

Alcohol on site is only permitted in the form of non-alcoholic beverages and with prior agreement.

Smoking is allowed outside, not in the rooms.

When you leave, please leave the premises in reasonable order.

If any of the fixtures and fittings in the room have broken, please let us know.

All prices are based on your wishes. For example, the upstairs room rental is 50€/1h, but we are always open to cooperation offers for events where the room is not charged separately.
